What do and Todd Rundgren have in common? They both want to , of course. Ted was SPOTTED on Saturday at , whipping the 99 percenters into a frenzy with some deep tribal beats.
Isn't all this loud drumming a little rude though? People are trying to sleep on the filthy ground just a few feet away!
