John Hamm and Paul Rudd Read From My Dead Dad Was in ZZ Top

Excited to report that shaky video has emerged from last night's stuffed-to-the-doors release party for Jon Glaser's book, My Dead Dad Was in ZZ Top . The book's premise: a collection of secret documents pertaining to the world's most renowned musical artists. Looking at the event's guest reader list , you'd think this is the sort of party that might've taken place under the HOLLYWOOD sign and not Park Slope's abandoned car district. Highlights from the show included Jon Hamm reading about the real origin of The Butthole Surfers (below!), Paul Rudd reading Tonight Show Band rejection letters as Jay Leno (below, must watch!), and John Hodgman sporting a moustache circa Stanley Tucci in The Lovely Bones (not pictured!).
