You either like NASCAR or you don't. I once watched a race from the infield; it sounded like a swarm of robot bees that, every so often, would crash majestically into each other, giving me a chance to climb down from the roof of the RV to take a piss and get more drunk. So I can understand Rory Scovel's Gollum-like inner-monologue goading him to "do this thing" at the expense of his daughter's special day. Credit to Sprint for seamlessly cloning Rory like the Winklevoss twins in "The Social Network." And extra credit for putting three little black kids at the birthday party, too!
