Chatting with Beth Lapides, Producer of Un-Cabaret, The Other Network and a New One Woman Show

Un-Cabaret's Beth Lapides is in NY this week for a string of East Coast stagings of her failed pilot screening fest, The Other Network, and her new show 100% Happy 88% of the Time. She and co-producer Greg Miller invited Matt Fried to the East Village walkup they're staying at for a little chat about it all.

I have a couple of pairs of tickets to give out for 100% Happy 88% of the Time, which runs Wednesday (7/28) and Thursday (7/29) at The Triad in NYC. Email with your preferred date if you're interested, winners will be picked at random and notified shortly. Offer ends really soon.

Nice. There's some dispute in the Lapides community. Some spell it Lapides. Some Lapiduss. Ted, the designer spells it Lapidus, but Beth actually uses Lapides. Otherwise the interview is factually correct. On Matt's part. Beth's facts are a little suspect, but her intention is unquestionable.
