A Programmer Shift at the 92YTribeca

The 92YTribeca's comedy programmer, Bart Coleman, recently packed up all his programs and relocated to Los Angeles to work on the upcoming Wanda Sykes Show on FOX. Since the 92YT frequently put on all-star line-ups only a nuanced and well-connected comedy maven could book, we were curious about the fate and direction of their programming in light of Bart's departure. A spokeslady for the venue tells us:

We're incredibly happy for Bart and grateful for all he’s done to make Comedy Below Canal what it is. He'll still be involved as an advisor in the transition, and we're close to naming our new consultant. Comedy at 92YTribeca will continue to be full of big names and big surprises as we start the new season.

Any ideas on whose names are in the hat?

Comedy Below Canal starts up again on October 15th with Wyatt Cenac, John Oliver and Che Grand.
