That's not Alan King in the middle. It's the late, great Ray Goulding, the Ray in Bob & Ray.

Ray had the richer, lower baritone while Bob, Chris Elliot's dad, excelled at adenoidal voices. Yet Ray used the slightest of falsettos to play all their female characters. That's the kind of wry, deadpan subtlety they made a thing of beauty.

They were really, really good.
