UCBT Installs New Artistic Associate, John Frusciante
In a statement released late yesterday, the UCBT announced that they have appointed John Frusciante as the theatre's new Artistic Associate. According to the UCBT's Artistic Director, Anthony King, "John is going to be assisting me with a whole range of things in running the UCB Theatre."

John Frusciante is a writer and improviser who has studied and performed at the UCBT since 1999, where he has been hoisted up upon the shoulders of such luminaries as Ali Farahnakian, Michael Delaney, Kevin Mullaney, Amy Poehler, and Ian Roberts. He also had the privilege of studying at IO Chicago with Charna Halpern and Miles Stroth. John has appeared on the Harold team Petrol (2001-2002), the internet reality show Project: Improviser, and the 2006 "It Sucked!" Awards.
