Catie Lazarus: Never Not Smiling
Has SNL found its latest hit character? Comedian Catie Lazarus made an appearance on SNL/national television this weekend as "The Extra Who Keeps Looking Into the Camera and Smiling." You can catch a glimpse of Catie's trademark beam several times in this funny Penelope sketch. [via MediaYenta]

Catie Lazarus is NOT smiling the entire time. You are petty to pick on her. Considering how everyone on SNL has broken character, I'm sure worse offenses have been made. She probably is laughing at Kristen Wiig.

looks to me like someone at the Apiary has some personal jealousy issues to work out. Catie smiles (appropriately) once in the whole video. Any way you cut it, this post feels mean-spirited, especially considering the target is the talented and lovable Catie Lazarus.
