The Search Begins For the Next Elayne Boosler!
The Apiary was recently approached by Eliot Glazer, a young buck comedy hound on a mission. The mission was unfortunately quite elaborate: to roam the New York City comedy landscape in search of THE NEXT Elayne Boosler--someone with the spitfire spirit of this icon amongst icons. We figured it was probably best to videotape the search and register it in the annals of YouTube. Eliot begins our quest by checking in with the sketch group, Harvard Sailing Team. We love The Boos! With that said, let the search commence!

Harvard Sailing Team puts on a hilarious show, but what's with this clip?! this youngbuckcomedyhound's work reminds me of all the ugly newsletters that came out when desktop publishing became the rage. the next boosler?! not sure which is the worse insult to a great sketch group - this concept or the fact that the clip's screengrab makes them look like someone's dog just died.
next time tell him to go back to YouTube and stop lowering the Apiary's standards.
