I know the guy who started CIA. It truly is a fluke, and I gotta say it's hilarious because I didn't even know what an apiary WAS until last week. I don't think I've even said the word out loud.

The URL originally was just something like "www.bees.#########.com", but when users picked up on the love of the bee gimmick, the guy who runs the site took the leap and registered the Apiary name.

It's actually kind of infuriating that someone else already came up with it, our extremely insular group thought we were totally on to something.

Thanks for the little write up and the link. Although we're geographically located in Chicago, I don't think anyone over at our Apiary would object to posts from you guys. Please participate as your whims may dictate!

Also, over on our sister board, those guys HATE Andy Milonakis. I don't know if that affects your feelings for them, but it probably should. Pages and pages of angry, bitter posts are over there from some guy named "Biddle" and several others. Check it out, if you want to sample uninhibited vitriol. That guy was a real jerk. We're all glad that he was deported back to Iceland, last year.

Anywho, I really like what I've seen of your site. I'll likely pop in from time to time, just to enjoy the news and frequent pics.
