Del Close Marathon - 10 Days Away!
NYC's most ELECTRIC AND CELEBRATED comedy festival begins in a week and a half and will obliterate all other weekend events in both scope and potency. 20 bucks lands you an all-access pass to 72 CONTINUOUS hours of improv that at times can simultaneously occur across 3 theatres. Bring plenty of Jolt Cola and dexis, because if you think 3AM is an unattractive hour to watch improv, try wrapping your melon around 9AM.
The pre-marathon festivities commence Thursday, July 21st at a very special Central Park Summerstage ASSSSCAT show headlined by all 4 founding members of the Upright Citizens Brigade troupe--Amy Poehler, Matt Besser, Ian Roberts, and Matt Walsh. Get well rested Thursday night because EVERY LIVING IMPROVISER FROM THIS GREAT NATION will bludgeon your remaining senses over the next three joyous days.
The Del Close Marathon begins Friday at 4PM and ends Sunday night.
